PaYS Program

The PaYS public page has a tutorial for Cadets to assist with enrollment and use of the PaYS program. It can be accessed from https://www.armypays.com/INDEX.html – on the navigation panel hover your mouse over “Cadets/Soldiers”, then “Cadets” and finally “ROTC PaYS Tutorial”. A separate window will pop up that contains the tutorial – with instructions for Cadets on how to use the portal and make job selections.
